SERDANG, 6 Oct- A fitness test that was organized every year to test the fitness limit of the future PALAPES cadet officer which is Basic Fitness Test (BFT). This test was held at Kolej Sultan Alaeddin Suleiman Shah (KOSASS), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). It was held to ensure that the performance and also the fitness limit of the future cadet officer of intake 41 in a healthy and fit condition. A total of 10 students from 10th College had also join this test. BFT consist of test such as 2.4km run under a time limit given, push-ups and sit-ups. The test was to ensure whether the students are qualified or not to be a PALAPES cadet officer.
More than 80 cadets and a few officers had been involved in the test. This test was done by rank which is junior cadet, inter senior, and senior so that was why the test was held every year to ensure the future cadet officers are in top health.
