Merit
- Manage overall merit documentation (level merit and secretariat merit).
- Propose the number of merits/demerits and monitor the number of merits given to students.
- Monitor all merit/demerit documents of each secretariat and ensure regular filling of merits.
- Set a merit briefing date and merit book distribution.
- Ensure and draft the date of merit review, merit number notification, and issuance of student list according to the highest merit (one semester, twice the announcement of merit results).
- Draft the overall merit calculation date and the student merit book.
Male Student Placement
- Assist the College management in the placement of male students.
- Have and always update the Full List of Male Student Placements.
- Present the Report on the Number of Current Male Students (by level, year of study, racial breakdown, course of study, undergraduate/postgraduate, citizen / international) & the number of current vacancies in the MPK Monthly Meeting.
Placement of Female Students
- Assist the College management in the placement of female students.
- Have and always update the Full List of Female Student Placement.
- Present the Report on the Number of Current Female Students (by level, year of study, racial breakdown, course of study, undergraduate/postgraduate, citizen / international) & the number of current vacancies in the MPK Month
College Activities and Calendars
- Formulate, manage, and update the calendar of College activities.
- Ensure that each activity is planned according to the planning date.
- Manage the involvement of Fellow Advisors or Fellow Monitoring programs. Liaise with the College Management for student activity planning.
