Managing Reference Terms
- Design, supervise and ensure that each MPK task is carried out according to their respective areas of work.
- Ensure a fair and equitable division of labor.
Correspondence and University Notice
- Receive and manage all incoming letters from any party to MPK.
- Distribute all university announcement notices to MPK for action and/or announcements to students.
Meeting
- Chair of the MPK Monthly Meeting.
- Attend any university meeting or university responsibility center that requires the presence of the MPK President.
- Voice matters or issues to the College Management for the College's attention in the form of discussions or correspondence.
College Publicity
- Design the image, improve and rebrand the Ten College by implementing a plan to improve publicity and publicity to all students and parties.
- Monitor and ensure all College social media is well managed.
- Present the performance of the College's social media update in the MPK Monthly Meeting.
